UCIP International Journalism Awards 2007 By Alan Gray, NewsBlaze The International Catholic Union of the Press (UCIP) announced their International Journalism Awards 2007. The International Award for Women Issues was given to Evelyn Kiapi Matsamura of Uganda together with the journalistic work "Crossing Fires" from Sri Lanka. Kamala Sarup of Nepal, who contributes to NewsBlaze was attributed with an Honourable Mention.
