Hi Kiddo, If an organization uses 'Nepal' to identify itself, each and every 'Nepali' has a right to forward their concern about the activities of that organization. Of course, some comments are just ridiculous but yours own is also a big mess bro. As far as the convention is concerned, I personally think that people should first come together and make an organized effort to influence a cause. In that sense, I agree with you.
