Does anyone know, Duke bro, what happens if you haven't paid your bills for like 4 years? i have a cousin living with me, couldn't get apts cuz of his bad credit..and suffring.. drives a shitty old car and lives with relatives.. he changed states and haven't paid for 4 yrs.. he ows like 500o in 5 different credit cards.. whats the best way to fix that ? he wants to pay but right now struggling to meet end needs.. u seem to have ideas about this.. please help ... what are the chances of wage garnishment or other punishments?
