hey guys, I am joining a consultancy soon but due to some other issues I have not been able to join their training. Tiniharule pathayeko 2-3 trainingko scheduleharu mero schedulesanga namilekole maile training garna bhyaayeko chhaina. But they have already started working on my H1-B paperwork and said that they will file it as soon as the quota opens on April 1st. My question is, once they file the H1 with USCIS, are they able to cancel it? I hope they don't cancel it but since I have not even been able to go to training (even though I wanted to, but got other priorities to take care of right now) can they cancel it even after it has already been filed?
