Imagine saying what you have said and imagine you were living in Saudi Arabia or Cuba or for that matter Nepal of only 15 years ago. Your "thutuno" and "mutuno" would not have been attached to you. So, yes, go on to the roof of your house and yell to your heart's content. "F@ck you USA, f@ck you USA, f@ck you USA..." Yes, you can do that because good 'ole USA allows you to do that.
