Well drifting clouds The name of the schoolis already pointed out and I also age with u that govt. schools r also cheating in the other way. But in this post I just wanted to mention the things happened recently in KTM, anyway your points mentioned are also worth raising. I agree with u that the quality of education that is provided in B.S are better than that of Govt. School but it dosen't meant that they can do whatever they want.
