Different colleges have different requirements for graduation. Say, I go to a private catholic college, so it requires me to complete several courses related to catholicism and general education requirements vary as well. So nothing can be said about how many credits would transfer. So many courses transfer to 4 year schools but like I said again, the courses that you need will vary according to the colleges that you will want to transfer to. BTW, going to get an associates degree is much better than just transferring to a CC because in most of the cases, there are chances of all the credits transferring to the college but in addition you might be required to take the courses that you need to graduate from that school.
