ok the first thing is the have you transferd or tried to transferd or not. now when you are with lower grades then you fall in provision. if you fall in provision for consucative 3 semster the you can be expeled same rule in community college. you won't be accpet in any university until you have more then 2.0 gpa but in case of community colllege thay can enroll you. they don't care more about the grade. if you have some more question then qsk more.
