This looks like Indian agenda to me. Majority of Nepalese hate India and Indians for one reason or the other – border issue, trade and treaty, war, etc. It is almost impossible for Indians to change Nepali people's attitude towards them – not that it matters to them. Let's say changing Nepali people's attitude towards India is her number one priority. How would it be possible for Nepalese to love India as much as they love Hindi movies? Help Maoists to come to power and to implement their educational policy. That alone would not only be sufficed to change Nepalese attitude, but it would also open doors for discussions amongst Nepalese that whether Nepal should be a part of India or not. It would be just like green card holders taking citizenship for more benefits. How many parents would be ready for their young children to teach that load of bull instead of heading south for real education?
