you ask where the Police and army were?...well they were having their breakfast and watching world cup...and why should anybody take initiativeve...after all this is all power strugle and who knows if those same "criminal" would form "national coalition" government tomorrow and then make a commission to "punish" those who "brutally" exercised their power on "peaceful- mass " that was "just" acting in "self-defence" and for their "rights"....
