anshuji, i never said there is no law. Your comparision was not well thought, poorly done and blowing out of propotion,that's all. In any criminal case personel character matters including rape. Person's previous sexual history is allowed if that becomes relevalent to the current case,only irrevalent are not allowed. The judge has all discretion(look at Kobe Brian case). Follow the cases, just don't read laws only. Money was the relevalent issue here, not that he was beaten up during rally or speech.Regardless, only my point was ,you cannot stop people from making judgement especially when they have encountered with that person in past.It's not law but a matter of normal human behaviour. Have you heard of "jury by peers"?
