I don't think he supported that, look at his last sentence... since the topic is who is hari rokka? how we gonna describe him then? people live with their deeds..otherwise what's the point of morality ? unfortunately rape victim's past character becomes relevalent (look any case in history.. recently.. duke, kobe) although we shout against digging it becos it has become convinience for few people. Only the similarity here, is about money (relevalent?) and we don't know the whole truth (like who really agitated it, though he is the one with black eye). I have sympathy with him , just tired of seeing too many drama in nepal these days.
