Conotur, I can't still believe that there are VDCs with MORE THAN 30 THOUSAND PEOPLE. for your reference please check this link http://www.unicef.org/evaldatabase/files/NEP_00-019.pdf and the that the population ranges from 450 to 30000 with an average of about 5800.
