Hey bro, does your friend know the education level of Girija and Makune? That would have been more interesting for his PhD thesis rather than the education level of Maoist cadres for the reason that everybody knows maoist are heinous looters and murderers ( except for Kantipur and some having special interest) who don't need any education. How many of the leaders in the current coaliation or the ministerial portfolio have passed the school ( i.e. I.A., because in international standard 10+2 0r IA is high school level).
