Pretty much unbelievable (I'd have said bul1shit)... the car key is unlocked using some frequency and the sound on the cellular phone is another (must be within audio range). Thank god the poster is not say, "Call your buddy at home, take the cellular phone close to a water tap, ask your buddy to run the tap at home, and fill your jug with water from the tap near you".
