thanks Nanu the problem still persists, becoming more complex. if firefox i can open the sign in page but when i sigh in it doesnot display or direct to the requested page, shows problem loading the page. (my password is not wrong coz i can open my account from university) in IE i cant even open www.hotmail.com. (the page cannot be displayed). hotmail sucks i need your help guys
