I was also in OPT until Last October. Then after I was in H1B. I filed 1040NR until last year. I am wondering which should I file this year - 1040 or 1040NR. The deduction amount we get in 1040 and 1040NR are different. Also I am plannig to apply for Green Card this year....Will USCIS ask for tax filed docs?
