Friends, Some organizations have claimed that Maoist still have 60,000 small arms unregistered. All the indication shows that Maoists have not been sincere about arms and they have not registered even 10% of what they have. I think CA election should be postponed. If Maoists want election on time, they need to register all the arms, which they had promised SPA/people during various agreements.
