you see it is like our old nepali saying"अर्काको जिउमा जुम्रा हिंडेको देख्न्ने, आफ्नो जिउमा राङ्गो हिडेको पनि नदेख्न्नु । you see these so called human rights officers are cowards. Right now Im not sure if they have their rights intact. I mean if they speak out ........the above picture tells you what the outcome can be or even worse in many cases.
