hey you can try free panda Active scan to see if you got any virus or spy/adwares on your computer. After you do panda scan you will be free of viruses and panda active scan will give you the list of spy/Adwares on your computer. then you can manually remove adwares or spywares, if you can not, post the panda report here then, we will look on that.
