Even when you write the research papers for the courses in school, most online sources (that just come off the internet, for instanse, just by googling) are NOT considered reliable sources, and not accepted. How can someone's chat can imply his/her true feelings? 2. The point that would nab him, is his admittance to watching the Dateline episode before. He was aware of these practices and consequences. Well, the other side of the coin can also be, since he knows about the dateline program, so how can we not believe that he really believed that the girl was adult; therefore, despite knowing the fact there are ambushes where he could be trapped, he still kept talking to the girl. And having said all that, I am not trying to defend the guy, but I just don't believe this is the right practice of catching the bad guys. Just like the decoy lied, I am sure there will be many times, if not there has been already, when the sexually active underage teenager boy will drive to decoy. And that time, I believe that the decoy should deserve the same punishment Mr Bista supposedly deserves today. And, that's not a revange, but the ill practice of law where the decoy exploits a minor with sexual talk and even makes him drive all the way to the decoy to have sex with him.
