and yes BC to second your motion; we are not far from the height of lawlessness and anarchy that we'll be begging india to take charge of our defense and foreign policy because of our incompetence. i mean it would only be for formality becuase it's pretty much the case already. well this would be the best case scenario because it could get worse and we might be in for skikkim II...guess that depends on how greedy india will be...i mean they have spent bazzilions on maos and now pretty hefty sum in terai. so who knows...but at any cause we must have bhutan really worried now coz they got competition!!! lolzzzzzzzz
