Pireji, I agree with everything I could understand from your writing. But also consider these scenarios too: 1)If you were poked and pryed till you actually believed that an individual has harmed a family member of yours, and out of a utter anger when you say you would kill that person, law enforcement agent appears and says you are under arrest for wanting to kill someone. How would you feel? A crime hasnt even been committed, but their logic is that if they wait till you acted on it, it would be too late. 2) How would you feel if an under cover cop left a box full of money outside your door, and a minute you looked at it you got arrested for theft. The law enforcer tells you that the fact that you looked in the box gives him/her enough evidence that you were going to pick something that didnt belong to you - aka theft. Again, you havent even touched the money. You might have some greed because of it, but you havent touched it. How would you feel? 3) If you want to live in this country then you also have to read and understand the constitution of this country, which it is based upon. No laws and policies are permanent. If there are problems in them we change them, thats the basis of a democratic nation. 4) I am not scolding you for anything. I just want you to realize that irrespective of what Mr. Bista has been accussed of, that doesnt boil down to the fact that he cant be trusted with children. He might need supervision, he might need help or realization on his part in general, but he can still be a responsible member of a society. I am a single parent myself, and I am willing to take a chance on him. Slackdemic brings out an interesting point. If an accuser in the show maintains that ... he actually thought the girl was lying about her age and went thinking that she was adult., there nothing the law or the supreme court can do about that.
