hi tambe, its difficult to get one if you have no other option you can go for that download the form and you can apply for free you have to specify the reason for it and they should believe it to give you one you can even file work authorization after 150 days and work when ur status is still pending please let me know if you have more questions you can even hire the lawyer but that is expensive so think about that and plan accordingly
