I think there is a huge differnce between Nepalese who go to arab countries and who come go to other Western countries. Most of the people who go to arab do low skilled jobs and their goal is to make some money so that they can have a better life back home. They do not intend to live there forever. usually people that come to US are students and after few years there is a chance to get a job and maybe get permanent residency here and eventually stay here. Now if you have a house and family here what's the point of sending money to Nepal? If you are talking about investing in Nepal I had actually thought about it but I would not do it till the country is stable. What if I invest money and later on the commies decide to nationalize everything. All these years that I worked my ass off to make money in the US is going down the drain because of the commies.
