i don't think this sort of entrapment tactics will reduce child molestation. most of the child molestors are someone who knows the child either a relative, neighbor or family friend. another thing is that many people have malicious and perverted intent in thier mind but they do not act on it because of fear of law, society etc. to lure someone into such acts is not a good idea. WHY do the decoy always pretend to be 13-14 year old? the answer is simple because it is illegal to have relation with them and also they are already in their puberty. this gives a image of the person to be somewhat physically and sexually developed. otherwise why don't they say they are 10-11 year old? Lastly may i repeat that i do not feel sorry for any moron who think they can get cosy with a thirteen year old.
