i don'e know why nepali want brotherhhod for criminals....criminals are criminal whether they are in foreign coutnry or own country, whether they have phd or high school degree....criminal behavior should be recognized as criminal and should not be biased based on wheter foreighn or natianal...and education level. if somebody tries to sell u drugs do you buy unless you are addicted to it or if somebody tell you to give money to kill someone do you kill.....your point doesn't count buddy...you should be under the laws where you live....if you don't follow law..then there is not exuse.....and for child molestation not only the law is important but the safety of the society is important....alas we had these regulation in nepal...i bet lots of guy will be under arrest. so don't mess with law....and don't plead to get sympathy based on different background or criteria...
