Khabardaar, I don't know about "Yeh hai bombay meri jaan" but when I heard "itna na mujhse tu pyar badha" I knew instantly that it was copied from a Mozart symphony. During an Opera class that I took in high school in NYC, we had to listen to and attend operas that had compositions by Mozart, Verdi, and Beethoven. So, when I came across the hindi song later on, I was shocked to see the stark similarities. But then again, Bollywood is infamous for being inspired by international works. :-)
