To your point about hygiene and eating out in KTM, my trepidation stems from a bout of bad experience :) Even in Thamel, I am careful - especially during certain times of the year. Ocenus - If you recognize the building in the picture above and it is the same one you are alluding to, it was pretty much done the last time I was there. My memory fails me a bit here but I thought I saw an INGO signpost outside - cant remember the name. :)
