Ha ha ha ... I dunno how true it was. If it is any consolation, I heard they cleaned, washed and dried the wood they collected from the river before they used it again. Rumor also had it the same wood was used in other sekuwa pasals too. I never could figure it out :P Maybe it was one heck of an urban legend or maybe there was some truth to it (maybe at some point in time) :D :)
