Well, I agree there is such a thing as a chronic cheater. But cheating can be a one or two time thing too - so I suppose the answer to your question is yes and no. As far as chronic cheating goes, it can often be indicative of a deeper psychological problem just like addiction or alcoholism. My 2 cents.
