I agree with u bro but do not critisized and laughing to somebody else.i think ,who get the 2nd letter,then they have to provide all the required documents before standing infront of consuler.it means its not a interview like other type of visas.when they paid money for visa means all the documents r ready.its not her fault.its a neglegence from visa section staffs.thats why they lost money including theier dreams.its a totally sad story.she is not a single person there r lots of people in nepal.one thing i don understand,why they taking visa fee(ONLY FOR DV CASE)?if they dint provide.The truth is, they have right to isuue visas.
