I pity on them, too, 1whocandie4u. Several months ago, I was just going through some of the Nepal Government's sites and all of them were "Under Construction." They remained "Under Construction," every time I checked them. I just wonder how irresponsible is our government and also wonder how much those "kaamchor" Web Master of the websites are getting paid for keeping the websites under construction forever...
