No matter what training you do it's the most important part when it comes to the point of technical interview. It is the most carefully planned strategy in your search for the job.I didnt have a single IT class in my whole life, had taken c++ once in 1999 but failed the mid term and dropped.I graduated in biochemistry and looked for job from january 2004 to december. No luck finding the job in biochemistry, someone suggested me to take MCDBA course,I spent 1 whole year in that but still no luck till 2005.Then I moved on to other database admin courses, did oracle dba, after 12 months only I was able to make it into the job.I attended 22 face to face interviews criss crossing the whole country, sought help from Nepali and Indian friends.I had to mask the lies I wrote in resume to prove that I had been working since last 4 years as dba, finally i was able to do get the job only after my 23rd attempt. Someone who was trained with me for SQL server was still attending interviews for dba role by the time I had landed the job and he also got it in the same company after 2 months now where I work and makes more money than me as he was able to polish his lies more competitively than myself. My sincere suggestion is that dont stop fighting for something you want,it will happen one day for you eventually.
