Khabardar, yes, I simply adore SD Burman's songs. Dev Anand usually took SD Burman for his films. Raj Kapoor had Shankar Jaikishen and Dilip Kumar mostly had Naushad. Old songs have such magical songs by different composers that it's hard to really say which composer was my favorite. For example, the songs of Madhumati were by Salil Chowdhary ... those from Hum Dono (like Abhi na jao chhodkar ke dil abhi bhara nahin) were done by Jaidev ....another song that touches my heart (Lag ja gale ke phir ye haseen raat ho na ho) was composed by Madan Mohan.... and of course, the list wouldn't be complete without the versatile RD Burman (whose songs most people on sajha probably already know ...) :-)
