ii talked with one of my indian fren and he is from bihar....and what he was saying is that nepal is the proteciton are for them if they do crime....he gave several example of his fren who did crime in india..then came to nepal as they had relatives in terai..then got visa thru nepal govt and came to us. ...i was amazed to know all these things...as i couldn't beleive these can happen...so ...u can see a small example how indian are using nepal and its loose beurocracy........
