So called upper castes, who have been ruling Tarai, are hardly 1%. They have relatively good culture that’s why they are ahead. ...Most of the Brahman, Kshatri and Vaishya have good culture but they don’t make a huge number in Tarai. …I don’t believe in caste and I am against the caste system. However, this is the reality. ..I can’t say that all Yadavs are not well cultured…. I have Yadhav friends highly progressive and globably competative. The bitter truth is most of them are not well cultured. Do you know there are untouchable people whose livelihood is rubbery? This is the significant number of people; they don’t have enough land to feed their family and they have accepted rubbery as profession. Tarai is horrible place and majority of people who lives here have corrupt mentality...….Paramendra will suffer more than me because he is immidiate neighbour of these people who has Bihari culture. Upendra Yadav, a prospective Governor of Madhesh, will turn Madhesh one of the Most lawless place of the world as Laloo did in Bihar. There will be day time rubbery; like in Bihar many people run their livelihood through kidnapping. Mahendra Highway will be one of the most dangerous highways of the world. … mark my words. …this is huge possibility…. We got to give culture to these people. … this is the most challenging job… Person like Paramendra has to be worried about giving culture instead of power… What did majority backward Bihari got out of Laloo? Same will happen in Nepal what happened in Bihar, even worse will happen. Here is my motto: Give food to hungry people instead of fashionable cloth. Give education to student instead of grades. Give job to unemployed people instead of money. Give culture to uncultured instead of power. We can not stop them coming in power in Democracy. However, tomorrow if we fail to give them culture we are bound to suffer… this is inevitable.
