The structure of our Tarai is same as the structure of Indian states of Bihar and UP. As most of the India, UP and Bihar were ruled by so called upper caste people which hardly make 10% of the total population. Most of the people in the northern India are so called backward people and considered lower caste. Yadavs are the descendent of an ancient might king called Yedu. They are real Kshatriyas but these days they are not treated as Kshatriyas. They are considered lower castes but not untouchable. About 20 years ago there was huge up rise of these backward people which brought Laloo Yadav in power in Bihar. His party ruled for 15 years turning Bihar from Bad to worst. He ruled by the slogan of backward people. Neighboring UP is also ruled by so called backward people since decades; Mayavati form Dalit and Mulayam Singh from Yadav. What is the result? Speaking objecting, during the self rule of these so called backward people, the situation went from bad to worst. Why? Because rule doesn’t change the people! I am sorry if I am using politically incorrect language but I don’t hesitate to say that the majority of people who lives in these areas are morally corrupt. They don’t have good tradition. They don’t have progressive culture. Political system can not enforce the culture. Just leaders got changed. Tiwari got replaced by Yadav and few Yadavs got privilege. …the culture of majority people remained the same, the immoral. You need significant number of moral people to take country towards progressive direction. Morality in another word is good culture or discipline. If people of any society are disciplined, the society is bound to progress. Jewish people are considered to be most progressive race of the planet. Why? Because most of them are well disciplined; or most of them are well cultured. They have progressive culture. They know what is right and what is wrong and accept right. …it is culture which determines people’s progress. Second greatest race of the world is Japanese. Work is worship for Japanese people. They did mistake only in the World War II, but they have always lived a life of an example. To be very frank, I have never seen well cultured people like Japanese. They are so simple, humble, honest and shy. ….they have culture to put them on top.
