I don't know whether its true or not but some dude last name as Upadhya from Dallas area been sending folks in Nepal an e.mail asking them 10,000 us dollars to do a H1 sponsor. he said he wants 3000 up front an the rest after he/she gets a visa from Nepal. Your best bet is to look for this guy and might be helpfull and we will know the truth as well Lets hear a feed back if anyone used his service.
