thank you for the above info but.....guys i am still confused.... if i registar car in my frns name i will have to pay registration fees and tax twice .. which gonna make no differance about the high insurance fees for the permit ( i am planning to get licance with in 1month of car purchase) ,...... ????????? guys help me .... enlighten me more...
