hey shresman, i bought my first car with the permit. a representative from geico asked me when would i take the driving test, which i was gonna take in a week's time. they told me to inform them soon as i get the licence, which i did. they also charged me an extra 50 bucks (prolly, don't exactly remember) for the first 3 month premium coz i did not have licence at the time of purchase.
