Why would the govt kill innocent if it wasn't for the Maoists to initiate the so called "civil war". Why did the govt kill the maoists? Thats coz they looted banks, extorted money and land from innocent villagers, destroyed the infrastructure of the country, hindered development projects, ristricted freedom of movement by blockades.. and these are just a few examples of maoist atrocities. I blame the Maoists. However, i agree that the government (more so- the money hungry political leaders) gave birth to the Maoists. So ultimately, it is the political leaders lke girija and sujata koirala who instigated the maoist movement. Tell me if u think otherwise.
