I cann't get it installed because I don't have the installation key. http://www.oracle.com/technology/books/index.html When I use the key that above link gives, it doesn't work. Anyone has installed recently? It's Oracle9i Developer Suite, release 2. I think they stopped supporting this, but there's gotta be someway to install.
