I think providing some basic military training to all Nepalese is an awesome idea. The people are going to learn so much discipline and flair for physical fitness needless to mention being ready for fights when need calls for. Israel in the Arab World, South Korea in the Korean Peninsula (N Korea being the constant threat) makes a lot of sense when we realize our geo-political location between aggressive India and China. Where is the fund? Down-size the Army so that we can flow the fund to the 'rotating force' (meaning 'New Trainees). Feedback please.
