himalayantiger firstly i don't think you get my point.GC stands for green card.so what's gc got to do with nepal. in FACT i hate all these low scumbag who sell themselves for green card. i wonder how many nepali have sold themselves for gc. is gc that really worth it over your pride and nationality. let me say this i was born in nepal but raised in foreign country all my life. i am still associated with nepali and in fact i am still a citizen of nepal, a true nepalese. i don't crave for GC or wanna become an us citizen soon or later. that's the reason why i hate people running away from nepal and once they got here, their main purpose is gc. ne23pe bro i understand the feelings felt by all my brothers when madeshi are trying to break apart our country. but can you be more understanding. or shall i say guys can you be all understanding at least for a moment. have you guys really tried to be in their(madeshis shoes)? when i visited nepal few times i saw that many madeshis were working really hard. in fact they were the one doing all the low/menial jobs that we nepalis did not want to do. i was really deepened by their sad plight. for example madeshis were making a living by selling vegetables and fruits on their chinese bicycle. moreover some were carrying the basket of goods on their head. when i stopped and asked few of them one day they told me that they walk almost 10 hous a day to sell their goods. but i hardly see nepalis doing all this kind of work. then again i also saw some discrimination by our brothers, my dear brothers. for example how come almost every nepali call them "bai ya" or "oi madeshi" something like that. and for one example i saw police officers harrassing these poor people. i witnessed one right in front of me. although he didn't do anything that cop told him that he was cheating me. that cop even punctured tire of his bicyce. i couldn't do anything to help him. now tell me brothers isn't that discrimination? BECAUSE OF DISCRIMANATION if i am not wrong the madeshis are asking for their rights. common people wake up. why can't we treat them equally as nepali brothers. why can't we give them respect as human beings. afterall they have been living in nepal for i don' know how long.
