Fedralism is what many madheshi people are looking forward to. And it is correct paradigm of governance given the alarming lack of trust of one community on other. As of nation-state... that is too far-fetched, while european nation-states are coming together as EU, there is no specific benifit by creating nation-states. Nepal has huge diversity given the area it has. It will be difficult to define proper nation-states in this context.
