Does Upedra Devkota deserve to be one of the top 49 men in Nepal? I don't know. I personally have found him very rude and disrespectful. Okay, here's my personal experience. After waiting for many days, and with, what we call in Nepal-source-force, just to have him see my unconscious father's CT-Scan report, he was being treated more than the best Neuro-Suregeon of the world. In the return he proved to be very rude and disrespectful. While I was there, his fellow doctors said that he is capricious.
