Call her and ask her what she is doing on a certain day. If she is free, ask her if she wants to go somewhere with you. ice skating, movies, dinner, wherever. When you go to pick her up...tell her she looks beautiful and give her a long steamed pink rose. Hold the door open for her...but I wouldn't worry about the chair deal. Personally, I don't like it when a guy does that. I can sit myself down, thank you very much! Definitely maintain eye contact and PAY attention to what she says.
