If you want to get his time and skills you got to give something in return. Money is the medium of exchange" In emergency cases you don't shop around. He charges very big amount . We all know its very hard to pay big amount by most of the patient. Do you think patients ask his service for free for neurosurgery? "Somebody mentioned his joining the government in 2001.
