"Dr.Devkota is a pioneer in his field. If you think he does not respect his patients, then why are the people still waiting for months to go see him? If you want respect more than the cure to your disease go see some peon, they will respect you" Eminitrader, pls go to Birhospital and check out. I am not talking about any other category or person (peon). What i think is if someone respects you and greet you then you don't loose anything by greeting them back!!!!! "Regarding him charging high fees, it is based on supply and demand, nobody is putting a gun on your head and asking you to go see him. There are plenty of other doctors. It is your choice. If you want to get his time and skills you got to give something in return. Money is the medium of exchange" In emergency cases you don't shop around. He charges very big amount . We all know its very hard to pay big amount by most of the patient. Do you think patients ask his service for free for neurosurgery? "Somebody mentioned his joining the government in 2001. We don't know what his true intentions were so we should not be too quick to judge. One thing is for sure that he did not do it for the money because he can probably make more in his practice. Maybe he thought that he could be part of the team that can bring peace" i think army had there own doctors. What about Black BMW he got from Gyanendra after the incident? (not my concern though) And i am agree that we shouldnot go with his personal life. But if he improves his patient doctor relationship then would be far better for him and patients. (Just my opinion).
