Upendra Devkota was a hype in the early days,there is nothing so "Exceptional", "Pioneering" in his expertise,he just follows what other surgeons have been following in west Bengal and Assam of India. Follow his so called pioneering works with Dr. chang of Siliguri,you will get a glimpse of what this guy is up to.
